- This major renovation involves partial demolition of the existing dwelling, substantial earthworks to level the rear garden and a new lower ground floor office and laundry space. Together with alterations to the original house the first floor will include a new kitchen, living area and bedroom and large timber deck making the most of the pleasant district outlook.
Despite the obvious challenges, Hutcon have been able to phase the works such that the owners can continue to live at the house throughout construction.
- Cockatoo Island - Buildings 24 and 28 - Sydney Harbour Federation Trust

- Hutcon Pty Ltd has been appointed by the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust for the heritage restoration of the original Managerial Residences. These building built circa 1916-1918 were in complete disarray but are being painstakingly restored to there former glory.
Re-building part of Sydney’s history has its own unique difficulties that Hutcon Pty Ltd has had to overcome. The logistics of working on an island has required careful planning each and every step of the way. The restoration is focussed on preserving the past and tradesmen have been carefully selected ensuring this part of history will be returned to service without losing its original charm and character.
- 5 Fairfowl Street, Dulwich Hill

- These alterations and additions commenced in October and are due for completion February 2007. Currently running ahead of program and within budget Hutcon look forward to delivering another project within time and budget.
- 75-85 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria

- Hutcon has been appointed by Richard Crookes Constructions to assist in project management and design co-ordination of this complex car showroom and office space. The skills base offered by Hutcon has assisted all parties in improving the flow of information, a requisite for the successful completion of any project.
- 77 Baroona Road, Northbridge

- A challenging project valued at $630,000 and completed over 12 months. Barely recognisable from its original form this two bedroom bungalow was transformed into five bedrooms plus study. With careful planning and staging of the works this exacting client was able to occupy this property throughout the construction period.
- Elsdon, Willoughby

- Completed in just 4½ weeks this design and construct hard and soft landscaping project valued at $87,000 required Hutcon to work night shifts to meet the clients “cast-in-stone” deadline. As the guests arrived Hutcon had turned a half-complete nightmare into a masterpiece…with just a little time to spare.
